A game changer

Belt and cleat fragments from all MEGALINEAR XMD belts can be detected by both metal and X-ray systems, thanks to a special compound used in the manufacturing of these timing belts and their accessories. As a result, all MEGALINEAR XMD belts (open-end, endless joined, and truly endless) produced with this compound are fully detectable.
This food safety feature complements additional hygienic design elements, including sealed edges and the use of blue as a high-contrast color.

The body of the belt is made from a special detectable dark blue polyurethane compound; no gap between teeth on drive side.
