MEGAPOWER Silcoat belts are readily available as make-to-stock (MTS) items, ensuring shorter lead times and enabling faster replacement cycles.

The body of the belts are grey thermoset polyurethane 88 ShA

High Grip Surface

Ensures superior traction on packaging foils for accurate film feeding and sealing.

Temperature Resistant

Blue silicone cover withstands extreme conditions from -40°C to +220°C (peak surface temperature). Base belt temperature range

-25°C to +80°C

Moisture & Chemical Resilience

Performs exceptionally in wet and humid production environments.

Enhanced Durability

Improved abrasion resistance compared to standard silicone coatings.
