Features

MEGALINEAR FC-S is a food processing and medical timing belt, fully compliant with worldwide food and safety standards, developed in response to the growing hygiene demands of these sectors.

Supporting processes from packaging to cutting and splicing, it is the ideal choice for power transmission applications and synchronous conveyors.

MAIN COMPONENTS

Dark blue TPU compound

• Food grade, high hygiene standard
• Dark blue colour suitable for food inspection vision systems
• Resistance to hydrolysis, oils, and greases 92 ShA
• Working temperature: -25° C / 70°C

Mechanical and Chemical Properties

Due to its unique design, MEGALINEAR FC-S excels in hygiene, food safety, and cleanability with extremely precise movement.

For applications operating in humid environments or exposed to chemical aerosols and steam, typical in food processing, pharmaceutical, and medical equipment, both the belt body material and tensile cords must offer high resistance to these challenging conditions to ensure consistent performance and durability.
