Established in 1981, it is based out of Ulucak \u2013 Kemalpasa (Izmir), Turkey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Rultrans will not only keep its name but will also continue to be run as a <strong>separate Business Unit<\/strong> by the Cikurel family who have&nbsp;successfully managed the company for over 30 years. The goal is to <strong>combine the expertise and knowledge<\/strong> accumulated during this time, as well as the experienced workforce with Megadyne\u2019s strengths, such as its <strong>manufacturing, logistic and engineering capabilities<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does the acquisition matter?<\/h2>\n\n<p>This milestone acquisition gives Megadyne a <strong>considerable competitive advantage<\/strong> and strengthens its position as the market leader, offering <strong>thebest power transmission and conveying solutions<\/strong> to its customers.
